How do I place an order?

What makes your products different?
All Peter Hoffman Design products are meticulously handmade from start to finish using centuries old techniques practiced by leathersmiths for hundreds of years.  All products are made from grade #1 leathers to insure that the finest quality of leather is used for all facets of construction.  Peter Hoffman Design products are bespoke while today items made for the fashion world are in most cases entirely machine made.
What are my creative choices?
Because every product is made one at a time each item can be ordered to specific size, shape, style and color.
Can you duplicate another product?
Because of intellectual and creative property concerns Peter Hoffman Design cannot duplicate another designer’s creation.  Peter Hoffman Design will create for you something unique to your style and needs.
What type of leathers are being used?
Leathers include American alligator, Crocodile, Caiman, Lizard, Ostrich, Sharkskin, Snakeskin, Stingray and a variety of imported French and Spanish leathers.  All leathers are procured from sources in the United States of America in accordance with all Federal CITES Act regulations for importation to the United States of America.
Price range?
In most cases belts are $400.00 to $3500.00 depending on the buckle and leather.   Accessories start at $50.00 and are priced according to leather and style.  Handbags are from $1500.00 to $10,000 and are priced according to leather and style.
How long will I wait for my product?
Delivery is from 30 to 90 days depending on what type of work is being commissioned.   Every effort is made to accommodate the delivery requests of all clients.
What if I’m unsatisfied with my product?
Peter Hoffman Design guarantees all work for the lifetime of the product when normal usage has been applied.  Every design choice is first approved by the client before the construction begins to prevent miscommunication between the client and Peter Hoffman Design.  In the event that an unseen factory defect has occurred during construction all work will be redone to customer satisfaction.
What are my payment methods?
Peter Hoffman Design accepts most credit cards, personal checks, money orders, cash and direct wire transfers.  All orders require a non-refundable 25% deposit to initiate an order.  All orders will be paid in full before being shipped USPS, FEDEX or UPS.
